RRR consists of an experienced team of collectors, paralegals, and in-house attorneys and is a member of the American Collectors Association (ACA), and is licensed in the states of Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois.
Challenge
Before using Provana’s BI solution, RRR relied exclusively on a System of record (SOR) for all its data analytics requirements. With SOR, the reporting was tedious – data extraction took much time. It wasn’t easy to convert the data into meaningful insights. RRR was looking for a BI solution provider to help them organize the data into different dashboards focused on KPIs like liquidation rate, collection trends, etc. They wanted to leverage the data to keep a close check on their desired outcomes and overall business performance.
