Weber Olcese is a law firm founded in 1996 by two entrepreneurial attorneys, Jeffrey Weber and Michael Olcese, who aspired to create a law firm in the area of retail and commercial debt collection. They employed a diverse team of attorneys, paralegals, collectors, and administrative personnel. Their staff is trained to deliver quality service with every customer interaction, which includes – offering solutions that fit customers’ needs, building a good working relationship with them, and educating customers with their expertise.
Challenge
Weber & Olcese did not have robust BI platform that could help them keep track of their performance and at the same time get meaningful insights from them. Due to the lack of insights, they were unable to do the following –
